I downloaded Xoftspye and AVG to clean my computer and then I updated it to Service Pack 3 and ever since I did that, I've been getting [No Signal Input Check Video Cable] When I clicked on Safe mode, Safe Mode Command Prompt, Start Windows to where it was working properly and Start Windows Normal. I don't know what type of computer I have.... but on the Monitor it says I-INC. And my OS is Windows XP Home E Edition. Please help... 
Oh and it works when I select Start windows with Networking.

Sounds like an updated video driver may be causing issues.

I-INC is the brand of your monitor ( http://www.i-inc-usa.com/products.htm ), not the computer...
It is very important that you know what material your have inside your computer... by example, when i have update my XP pro x64 with the service pack 3, i have loose all my harddisk... it was a driver problem... windows was not able to reconize my SAS connection where my 8 1TB SATA drive was connected... a visit to Supermicro ( my motherboard brand ) have allow me to make a boot memory stick and use it for install the good driver...
In your case, it is very possible that the update have replace some driver by their generic windows version... best to download the last driver version on the site from who have build your graphic card ( in case of onboard graphic, check the brand of your motherboard )...

Just out of curiosity I downloaded the program. It certainly does tell you everything. No option to print although you can take a snapshot or save in xml format. I guess you could open the xml in another program and print it.

ya.. printscreen, open paint, ctrl-v to paste, save, upload to imageshack.us, copy direct image link, paste on forums, g2g.

As noted by MindlessChaos you can save in xml format. I opened it with IE8 and it does list all info, just not very neatly.

It can also be opened in Word 2007. it only shows the data and the data tags, but print preview only shows that data. Although its still not very neat it's better then the browser.

Well that is quite a strange issue. It would help if we new what components were in your pc. Look up the model of PC you have and tell us what the processor/RAM/Video card/ motherboard is and we might be able to help more.
