Problem with IconPackager & Windows 7
IconPackager window displays with bottom cut off
Friday, May 21, 2010 by spb33125 | Discussion: Windows 7
Hi, I just installed IP5 on a laptop running Windows 7 (64-bit, I think). When I open IconPackager, the bottom of the application window does not display. The horizontal scrollbar is cut off, along with a bit of the content above it. The window can't be resized; the full-screen button on the top right is grayed out. Windowblinds 7 is also installed and is working fine. Any ideas would be welcome.

You should check the DPI to see if it is set at 96.
What resolution are you running at?

I just found the problem - I had the display sizes set at larger than normal, which I guess means the DPI was not set at 96. (Where would I actually find the DPI, just out of curiosity?) Thanks! ![]()

In Win 7 go to the control panel, select appearance and personlizatiaon then display. On the left hand side click on set custom text size (DPI). ![]()

Just wanted to add that in the thumbnail that shows when the IP icon on the taskbar is hovered over, the window appears normal and the scrollbar is visible. It's only the actual window that's screwed up.
