WinCustomize Libraries will remain down Monday night and Tuesday morning

The server with most of the library downloads is refusing to come back from a reboot. It's possible we're going to have to roll back to an archive, but we're kind of stuck until we hear back from the co-lo. It does not help that this is a holiday week here in the US and lots of people/plans are in flux.
The outage will continue in some fashion into Tuesday (GMT-5)

The hard disk has failed and you should check it hasn't had a knock on effect thought the RAID system on the server really.

Hey Guys, this really sucks, i had many problems with my computer hd once. my brother also had a problem with his, his hardrive has formated itself so many time's u'd think it had it's own mind. Anyways goodluck with Gettin it to work. I hope no data was lost.
