My Son's Birthday Too!!

Well peeps, I just wanted to say that today marks 3 years since I quit smoking, after 32 years of being a slave to nicotine! It was, without a doubt, the best thing I have ever done for myself!
Well, other than meeting my wife.
Anyway, just wanted to give you all the opportunity to celebrate with me! WOOT!!!

Ditto. Smoked for over 30 years. Caught asthma, butt it out, and never looked back.

Jim, I personally feel you've done the greatest job on earth but please tell me how you quit it?
I started smoking around 5 years back when I just used 2-3 cigarettes a day but now im almost an addict and it has gone upto around 20 !!
Many times i've tried quitting it but just land up cutting down on the numbers.

Couldn't help but notice the mention of your sons BD? How old is he? Today is my BD as well! Congrats on quiting and sticking with it for three years. Proud of you!

That's good Dude, i quit smoking since 3 years too, ...well the only BAD thing on this is, i drink much more.

I've been sober since Jan.7th 1991, best thing I've ever done for myself. Now
I need to quit smoking as does my wife.
(I can't give up all my bad habits at once you know)
