hello everybody
I am under w7 32 bit and I have windowblinds 7 7 SkinStudio pro photoshop cs4
I want to know whether it is possible to change the color to which is represented by the arrow on my image link if so how

Edit startmenu > top part > extra settings tab > scroll down to All Programs List Background Colour
that's for the all prog list, yes.
If you add an image for the all programs mouseover, the blue color will not show.
The search box is not in the startpanel section.......Go to Edit Vista/7 Explorer parts > search field background
