no home page

I can't get a home page , all i get is this wording when going to home page
using various browsers ...... what's wrong ?

Try clearing your cache and cookies and do a hard refresh.

I cleared and did hard refresh - still same result
https://www.wincustomize.com/ using this url and a couple others
can't get the home page up 
also when i click on home page at the top here same result - all the above wording ??????

And this post brings up a good point. What about people that have the old sites url bookmarked in their browsers and don't have the new address? Has anyone considered the fact that maybe a redirect page would be a good idea? Those people will think the site is just gone! Which might explain the drop in traffic.

It doesn't work well since a lot of people are getting the same thing. Go figure!

a re-direct - should be a no brainer - many people like me might
be at a loss finding the site ....
and what happens after the " test " comes off ? the url ...

Do a cartwheel and then stand on your head for about 10 minutes...which really won't help any...but you'll get the idea.

many things wack with navigating the new site
i.e. log in , my site clicking on some logos - bad direct etc
many people must be having a problem ..
U must beaware ?
maybe post directions for all in forum ...????

the new home page header navigates ok
but pages with the old header don't ! - like my site etc.

The production site (https://www.wincustomize.com) has been updated to the new 2010 version as of a few days ago. wincustomizetest.com should not be used, although it may remain active for some time.

Well Shirley...all I can tell you is that after clearing cache...scrubbing...rebooting...performing numerous cartwheels...the old site address https://www.wincustomize.com does not work and the new one https://www.wincustomizetest.com does. The older address works for the forums but that's it. This is true in all browsers I use.

also none of the upload pages and my site page DO NOT load - just error mess shows up ?????
