GetSkinned.org add WindowBlinds support

GetSkinned.org is an up and coming skinning site. It has been increasing in popularity in leaps and bounds thanks to its excellent combination of good discussion forums and clean, easy to use library.
They've added a WindowBlinds section. If you're a skin author, please consider uploading your WindowBlinds skins there too.

Wow, thanks for the mention! It really means a lot to me! We've recently added support for DesktopX Themes, and Objects, along with Object Bar Themes!
