WinCustomize Subscriber Skin: BlueOS

Some of you have already seen this, as it went up a few weeks ago, but I wanted to announce it today so you can enjoy through the weekend. This is the latest WinCustomize Subscriber Skin called BlueOS. This is a minimal skin that doesn’t put too much strain on the eyes so it is perfect for everyday use.

Is it downloadable yet, I click on it and all I get is a new window launched with large jpg preview, all others downloadable for me, but it looks good.

I like subtle blue skins very nice one 
Why is the NEW skin Blue OS hiding at the bottom of the list with the old ones, could i suggest maybe a rename of it with "2010" in it so it appears at the top of the list? maybe why no one saw it before, sicne it apparently has been posted for a couple weeks already.
