Unable to previously purchased skins

Sorry if this has been addressed elswhere, I could not see that it has. I receive the following message when I try to download skins I purchased a while back. I tried several (IE Infinity and Light Mark) .......... are these not available to me?
If I make a new purchase, will it be available? Thank you.
