Newbie looking for theme suggestion

Can anyone suggest a theme to download
I am a sort of newbie. I used windowblinds before with a xp-vista pack when vista first came out and loved it. That machine has been nuked and rebuilt. I am out of touch with whats out there for themes now.
I need help finding something close to what I am looking for. There are just too many to look at one by one.
I have two different machines with different visual ideas.
Theme #1
for Xp Tablet (hp tc1100)
I'd like lots of transparency, shiny glass, blur behind glass etc.
simple modern crisp blues or charcoals,
something that skins internet explorer, file explorer windows, hard drive icons with bars, windows animation, windows 7 features like "aero snap" etc.
visual styles or plugins that would complement tablet/touch screen abilities would be a bonus.
Theme #2
This one is hard to explain.
The second theme is for an extra xp pc that I will be connecting to our HDTV. Mainly for internet browsing, you tube, online movies and media stuff as a kind of custom media portal.
I would like to find someone who may have created a kiosk like theme with maybe some kind of plugins to emulate a simple interface with larger icons and maybe some cool animation features. Maybe some media player window skins along the same theme.
As above I'd like a lot of clean crisp shiny glass and lots of transparency, maybe subtle illumination, blues or charcoals.
