Help please
help with Bootskin XP

I'm not new to the site but have found a new problem with Bootskin XP for about the last month or so every time I attempt to install a new bootskin I get an error message saying that this file is corrupt?I have removed Bootskin twice from my system and reloded it. the skins that I did have remained on my HD and work fine how ever when I try to install new ones I still get the same error message.
I thought I would then try and dump one or two of my older ones and then try and redown load them so I dumped two and tryed and much to my dismay they will not install now.
has something changed? have I done something to Bootskin?? What to do now???
