hide menu on windows

Hello friends I want to first thank you in advance for your help.
I would love to hide this menu of the windows of my windows xp
it is not super well with issues that come up in this website.

I hope you can help me.

Here is an image i use Windows XP service pack 3.

Hello, using Google and the subject line you posted. I was able to find this article. I downloaded the file and tried it and it works.

throboff is velly nice...use it on XP to get a nice looking toolbar
