[OD+2] How do i get the minimize animation?

i reformatted my PC to see if it fixed the performance issue, i was due anyways, and it did fix it. but now when i minimize a window, it no longer does the minimize animation to OD which was very kewl, reminded me of the old winFX stuff which i love. how do i enable that? i must be missing a setting i hit before

ok, well, i think it is because i had no video drive installed when i installed OD+2, i uninstalled it, cleaned out all traces and reinstalled and now it works fine, and still working fast. pretty happy about that!

now that i look at it, even the hold shift to slow down animation is not working either. hmmmm, whats up with that?
