burning to blank cd-rw

i have 11 blank disks and have tried burning vids to them but i keep getting error message saying no disc. i have to dvd-rw players and both do the same thing, surely all the discs cant be faulty?

Yup, for doing disc to disc and not leaving a file cache on the HDD... saves time Spring cleaning. ![]()

yes i have 2 - one in the pc and one external
have tried the microsoft fix but when i run it it says troubleshooting couldnt identify the problem

phh i didnt mean the auto fix it, i meant go through the regedit instructions yourself and see if that is the issue I would have said that last night, but i was having issues with my posts, hence the double hell post

You have two dvd-rw players in the same rig? Or is one of them a burner and one just a player? Anyway, what program are you trying to burn with? What are the steps you are going through?
