WinCustomize Reverted Back to Old Site Temporarily
Thursday, March 25, 2010 by Island Dog | Discussion: WinCustomize News
We experienced some server issues during the transition to the new site today, and unfortunately we had to revert back to the old site for the time being. Everything is being worked on so hopefully we can get the new site going as soon as possible.
Sorry for any inconvenience.

When you click on the "submit to gallery" link (old site), it goes to this page https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/all/new/
I managed to upload my skin by typing in the address manually. (https://www.wincustomize.com/upload.aspx)
Hope this helps you fix it guys.

Actually complaints are good for a corporation. It is the only way to really gauge if the product is good. If the complaints go over a certain percentage you must look at what you are doing wrong possibly and rectify it. No good CEO or Vice President should want total yes men on their staffs it only leads to ego stroking and the company in the long run is the loser.

This with IE 8 on a Windows 7 64 bit system.
Man...
IE's JavaScript engine is slow as molasses, and the new site contains a lot of it. I bet it would work fine for you in another browser (the new site is significantly faster for me; I use Safari.)

Sorry, but that won't be happening.
I too prefer the old site... but I'm not too old or set in my ways. I can accept change... takes a while sometimes, but if there's a new 'broom' and sweeping changes, I can go with the flow.... when I have to.
