So Avatar One was plagi... (forgot how to spell it) ripped off from a Russian novel, eh????
And where did the Russian novelist get the idea????
I used to dream that very story when I was 16.75 years, two weeks and three days old. At one point I dreamt it every night for a week... in vivid 3d detail. Then suddenly it stopped!!!
I wondered why one morning I awoke on a beach not far fom my home with probe thingies attached to my head. I realise now, of course! The bastard stole my dream.... and now James Cameron has it.
As they say: what goes around comes around. So, I'll wait until the Russian novelist sues James Cameron to become the richest man in Uzbekistan... then I'll sue him to become the richest man in my street.

You dream about 9ft blue women when you was 16 . My god man, no wonder the Russians stole them.
My best dream was fighting a black knight with breathing problems to save my teacher on a space ship shaped like a golf ball. All I had was a glow wand, a robot which look like a trash can (the stupid thing could only whistle at me) and a bunch of oversized teddy bears who thought it was ok to poke armored troops with sticks.
You could never make a movie out of it.

Um, THE CORE came out YEARS after the leak of AVATAR's scriptment. To claim Jim ripped off Unobtanium (which is actually a homage to Arthur C. Clark's RAMA series) a decade before the hackfest like THE CORE was even conceived is just utter crapola.
It's a CLASSIC story, masterfully told, and yes that means many other people have used similar ideas...ESPECIALLY in science fiction.

And they were naked, too!!!!!!
Hmmm!!! You obviously needed to get out more. Yeah, I know, there's not many places in Launceston to go, but I've seen some 'sights' going in and out of the Saloon on Charles St. Trouble is there, some of that is the stuff of nightmares.
I dunno 'bout that! In the hands of Tim Burton, it could become a cult classic.
Never mind, Avatar II 'll be great inspiration for you.

Same here, I looked for a couple of posts I did yesterday, and there they were, gone.
Don't think the poofs are responsible, though.
According to a couple of insiders, some of WC's database went down the toilet.

A major glitch in the Matrix caused the loss of Mondays + most of Tuesdays post/replies.
