Lack of "Wow" effect.

Well, nice, fast and smooth interface 
(Css, flash) but still a simplist, conservative, boring design approach 
. No looks, no passion, no "Wow", for sure. And when it comes to the consumer message... it lacks completelly. Lucky you do not have a consistent competition.
What about the creatives from Stardock design? I feel like they are in a separate building from WinCustomize's projects.
Nice smilies however.
