windowblinds

I have just installed windows 7 and I wanted a fresh start for my windowblinds so deleted all my skins except the one I was using
now when I apply a new skin it does not show on the windowblind screen only on the settings screen
I have tried by uninstalling windowblinds using impulse but its still the same
