Strange Occurance
everytime I start an application...

an OD Installer Splash Screen appears for a 10th of a second and disappears. I keep trying to capture a screenie of it happening but, it's just too fast. The only thing I was able capture with a quick print screen was the SS posted. I was configuring a Systat docklet when "I the dummy" clicked on the wrong 'Load' object. The splash screen appears when I open 'any' application (for example; IE8, My Computer, My Pictures, Object Dock Config Utility, Minimize/Maximize a window, go to a different website) I'm baffled and am wondering if I may have corrupted something. I was also wondering where the 'Error' Report is stored??? Any input will be greatly appreciated. If more details are needed, I'll do what I can to provide...

More information, msiexec.exe does not run if Object Dock is closed. Everytime I go to close Object Dock, I get the following 2 messages...
