If You Are Getting "You are Banned" Errors...

If you are getting errors on the WC 2010 beta site in reference to "being banned" when trying to download, can you please provide more information so we can track this down?
Please list what browser you are using, what page you were trying to download from, etc.

Opera 10.10, Tibetan Morning http://beta.wincustomize.com/explore/wallpapers/43153/download Also with ie8, ff3 (latest) and Chrome....for all skins tried (all in the "Newest" panel).
Tells me I've been banned and can't download.
Hey I.D...... I just heard CarGuy1's been banned! Somebody taking that JU thread seriously?

I've gotten the 'banned' message several times, over several days. So it doesn't seem to be the page or file I'm trying to download. I'm using Google Chrome browser. But just to check, I used IE8 also - same 'banned' message. It may have no bearing, but when I get those messages things aren't looking so hot on the beta --- slow slow responses, or lots of images are missing.
And once I get the banned message, I have to wait a day or so to get 'unbanned.' ?
Other than that, this beta site is a HUUUUUUGE improvement over the older one. I'm lovin' it.

I'm banned too. IE8 on Windows 7. It took 7mins just to get to the WB section. Took 10secs on this site.

I was using Firefox 3.6 and tried downloading the roboticdefiance cursor. I got the banned message using wincustomizetest.com but was able to download via the wincustomize.com site.

FF 3.6 and IE8 both. Same file as Doc was referring to in reply #3. Same issue, currently banned.

I was using the latest Safari and trying to download the Eminence WindowsBlind, and it says im banned

I used IE8 with Windows 7 and I get the banned message whenever I try to download. I am a current customer.

Internet Explorer 8. I tried lots of pages, couldn't download at all without being banned.

Firefox 3.5.8.
Tried to download Protector DX.
Same for IE 8.

I got the same message using internet explorer 8 but went back to the original wincustomize site and was able to download what I wanted I don't think it matters what your using everyone is getting the same message

Tried to download a Windowblinds skin and tried to download a Wallpaper.
