For users who were looking for LCARS style desktops, you will need the DesktopX portion of the Object Desktop suite and then go here:

Be aware that this isn't magic stuff. You'll need to customize these themes for your system.

that "So you've decided to destroy Windows!" article was very well written and fun to read. don´t agree on a single word you said about Linux, but hey. it´s your article

i have got to approve of any artical called "So you've decided to destroy Windows!" on principle

now i can add windows to the long list of programs i have destroyed

well written, interesting, funny and informative. a good starting point.
