distorted Titlebar text issue WB 7

Latest beta,nvidia 8600gt,latest drivers.
Small problem...Resizing a window causes the text to distort slightly.It dosnt fix itself till you click on the frame somewhere.
I cant find the setting anymore for cleartype resizing options or I would check that.
Using Segoe with antialiasing on.

On XP...with a skin that has no perpixel frames and a text background.
I'll screeny it.

Top is a resized window,bottom is normal.
It becomes blurry like bad cleartyping.
Nothing serious,just wierd.
It'fixes' itself once you grab the frame anywhere.
Screeny dosnt really show it as obvious as when you are actually watching it happen.

I changed the text background image and now it fixes itself after releasing the frame...like normal.
I havnt a clue...but its working 'normally'.

That sounds like the kind of thing a screenshot might be useful with.
Also which OS are you using?
