Per-pixel and Trillian Issue

Is anyone out there seeing the same thing I am with skins that have per-pixel borders and Trillian. For some reason some of the Trillian windows will be drawn behind any per-pixel border. This wasn't an issue until the last WB7 update. I just upgraded my Trillian Astra to the latest version 4.1 build 24 Free.
It is mostly the popup windows from Trillian (like the alerts: user on, user off, incoming message, etc.) and the user info popup. The message window and the main contact list seem to work just fine.
And it is only an issue with per-pixel skins. I have a few that are the older style, and they don't exhibit the same behavior. Is there something that was added to the latest WB7 that could be causing this? I don't recall having this problem last week.

I havnt noticed this problem myself.
Im using Vista X64, latest paid trilliand and latest windowblinds. Though i may have to "look" more closely now lol.

I don't have any issues with things showing through, but I am having issues with Astra not resizing correctly if WB is attempting to apply skins to it.
I'm gonna have to find a way to record a movie of the odd behavior & submit a ticket, because it's definitely weird.
