Not Work Content Margin String

OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
Program : Notepad, WindowBlinds 7
In .xp file [Taskbar.PreviewBackground] ContentLeft, Right, Top and Bottom String is not work.
I don't know why... I don't do anything.
Task Preview of All WindowBlinds Theme for Windows 7 has SAME SIZE. and I can't modify it's size.
Need Help...
