I was refering to the beta Wincustomize. I know where to find it on the old site. Thanks though!!

I hadn't been clicking in the explore section. I had just been rolling my pointer over it to open the drop down menu. Thanks a bunch!!

It's missing....the missing link.
Not really...On the Home Page, on the right side, look down the (alphabetically arranged) list and you'll see it under the m's.
