[Bug] Hover on top menu bar

The hover on top menu bar isn't working for me when in the Forums. I should be able to place the mouse on the words and have a menu pop up but I get nothing when in the forms. I have to click on it, and am then taken to a page.

That is being looked into for a near-future update to the forums.
