It's illegal in Oz to hold a mobile phone while driving....whether on or off....
Glad that it is....the comment wasn't wholly directed at that point although it's quite important.
I was really wondering (out loud) about why, when we know that the first thing to go is the cell phone, we don't mandate a built in emergency communication device with redundancy?
Seems the 'right' thing is never really done.
