Disable skins from applying wallpapers

I must be blind...but I can't seem to find the setting to not allow skins to apply the included wallpapers. Anyone know where it is?

It's really simple... Just click the "wallpapers" tab in WB and choose "current" (when yours is up there). WB will then keep your wallpaper but skin the rest of the stuff.
This is for WB7, dunno if it works the same on 6...
