Hey guys, wintertime is my favorite time of year for pretty pictures. How about showing off some of your local camera work? I'll start us off with today's view from my back yard! I took it just a few moments ago.
Come on and show us your favorite winter pictures!

Here's a few from a batch I took l on 19 December, where the outside Temperature at 10:30 in the morning was -11.5°C.
The first one is a Panorama manually made from two pics taken on my balcony.

Winter...hehe....This was taken Christmas day, and the Florida version of a White Christmas -- all that white fluffiness came out of the sky and landed on the road outside my house. I'm so fortunate...I didn't have to shovel it. ![]()

Nice winter pictures.
Makes me want to see some snow...for a minute, then I remember winter in the UP of Michigan and am thankful it doesn't snow here.

I'd go out to take photos of Maine but the 18 inches we've got is blocking my doors.

I did a semester at Northern Michigan University and I think that was the coldest I've ever been in my life. The snow plows were as big as the house I lived in, and fortunately, the car I had was a 4-wheel drive Subaru -- it took me until April to realize the space I parked my car at school...wasn't the parking lot, but rather a snowbank NEXT to the parking lot!
