ICQ Plus 3.1 released!

The new version of ICQ Plus is released! This popular program allows you to change the appearance of ICQ. The new update, v3.1, will support Windows XP and ICQ2001B, but thats not all...
What's new:
- Import WindowBlinds skins. Place the WindowBlinds .zip or .wba skins file
in your ICQPlus\Skins directory or import it.
- All scrollbars, tabs, groupboxes and comboboxes skinnable
- ICQ Splash Screen skinnable (bitmap or animated gif)
- New options for titlebar buttons (advanced buttons)
- New options for background images (active and inactive state and more)
- Don't show ICQ banners when skin is selected
- Better skin preview
- WindowsXP support
- ICQ2001b build 3638 support
- ICQ2000b build 3286 support
- Bugfixes

Hmm...I tried to install this program and it stopped ICQ from loading altogether. Very strange.

mine worked fine. make sure you shut down ICQ / NetDetect completely before installing the program.
