DVD-RAM Drive

I have 2 DVD-RAM Drives and all my other icons change with Iconpackager all except my DVD-RAM Drive icons. Using Iconpackager 4.21. If i right click on the drive icon and click on properties, under the icon tab it tells me i am using the icon from the iconpackage but the standard windows icon is the one that stays there.

Same problem here also. IconPackager has not skinned those icons ever that I have seen, and I am using the latest release of Iconpackager.

Same here only rarely does it change the DVD drive icon. And I as well am using the latest IconPackager 5.

I have the problem with the gamefolder icon-everytime my packager change this icon to the original Vista icon and I don't know why.The rest work correct. 
Everything what I change will be saved only this one icon everytime change... 
oh and I have the version 5.00.021
An other effect, but I don't know if it get from the packager,is that after a newstart my system generate a video- and a cam- folder in my picture folder..I see it last week in the first-bevor my system doesn't make this.

maybe the iconpackage you are using doesn't have those skinned..
