We just created 2 full WindowBlinds skins.

Flex Color WindowBlinds skin contains up to 10 different colors: Black, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Red, Purple, Pink, Turquoise, Navy.
Flex Texture Windowblinds skin contain 5 different sub styles: Carbon Fiber, Stripes, Wood, Snowflakes, Burl Wood.

Very nicely done. An aero style skin that I can disable the user pic on was exactly what I was looking for on Windows 7.

Open the skin in SkinStudio, choose the substyle you want to change, click on "Edit Start menu and Taskbar" in the menu on the left, choose "Edit Start Menu" in the menu in the middle of the page, in the box that opens up choose the "extra tab", and then choose the "hide the user picture" field to edit. Screenshot attached.
