Disabling WB on bootup

I've scoured the WB settings and checked the Startup tab in Tweak 7. I cannot find where I can stop WB from loading. I don't want to disable it and I don't want to have to unload it. I just want to be able to boot up without running WB now and then.
I'm currently running Windows 7 Home Premium and Windowblinds 7 build 226 x64.
The setting is probably right under my nose (or fingertips), but I just cannot find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Easy. Just apply the default Aero theme before you shut down.
