What is the name of the Suite?

If it's not a My Colors Suite you would then need Theme Manager and then the apprppriate programs to apply the skins that are included in the Suite, like WindowBlinds, CursorFX and such.

You can also rename the .suite to .zip...extract and then apply each app you want...such as WindowBlinds...Iconpackager...Gadgets...docks...etc...etc.
