You should try Web Flv Player, it is free, it can convert all videos to swf and flv.

If making dreams or scr and you use TMPGEnc be careful downloading multiconverters as they mess up your TMPGEnc codec settings leading to loop lagging. Xilisoft is the only one I have found to be safe and AVS the worst offender.
AE and Visify are the best for swf but not free, SUPER is free and safe.

U can use Video To Flash Converter(4 win) or Macvide VideoFlash Converter(4 Mac OS)

Ok, but these progs are not free. I downloaded a trial version from geovid.com and bought Video to Flash Converter 10 days later!!!
