WB7
unable to update

i have read all the past articles that might have touched on this problem byt can not come up with any help.
I can not update WB6 to WB7 i keep being told that my reg.code is not recog. so i re-do and i keep being told the same thing. I'm trying to update through impulse.
Any help out there. please

Open a ticket with SD support (tech support)...my best idea for you...
Did you try uninstalling WB6 through Impulse and then reinstalling?
