The cartoon was done by harding College is 1948...if you're over 30 you will probably recognize the voices.
Seems to be more applicable today then it was then.

Ah....brings back memories of 'reds under the beds'.
They were clearly too scared to put the 'Comun' before the 'ism'.
1948....such enlightened times.

Great post Lantec....I saw this *cartoon* long ago, and it does pertain to today.
