I like it a lot. 
Only suggestion would be to flip the dropshadow direction , most wb lighting goes from top left to bottom right. Having said that , your dropshadow technically is in right place according to your lighting direction so... ya
Materials are great.

its a very wikked folder icon....i like!! i would do something with that top orange panel, put something in it, otherwise it seems a waste of realestate to just have it there blank........

At first I thought it was a start menu but since it's Skinhit, it's got to be a really big folder icon. 
Edit....forgot to mention...I like it.
