Start menu path for Animated Shortcut?

Hi, a few moths ago I uploaded a animated Start menu icon for animated shortcut docklet. But the docklet requires a path, and i dont know what it is

this will work:
copy into notepad:
set wShell=wscript.createobject("wscript.shell")
wShell.sendkeys "^{ESC}"
save as: start.vbs (or whatever.vbs)
point a shortcut on the dock to it
