Windows 7 boot skin

I was wondering if there would be a bootskin 7, because the way windows 7 starts up looks really cool, so I was wondering & hoping that it will be coming at some point. would it be possible to skin? because it seems a bit more advanced than the way the Vista one starts.

tbh i think that the boot is better as it is rarther then being just a static image like in vista, also as win7 takes a lot shorter to boot there will be not much point in having it

what i mean thow is if there could be skins made in the same style but different that would be kool but i agree if there static then i am not bothered
