When every time I install Fences such a situation at all times!!!

Error reading from file:C:\DOCUME~1\BIN\LOCALS~1\Temp\mia1\Microsoft Windows Installer 2.0\EDBD5CBB\D8A596EF\Sd.Irc.resources.dll. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

Codust,
Have you run a chkdsk on your hard drive lately? Sounds like it could be going bad?
Or you have permissions issues on the temp folder. Try cleaning out the temp folder as well.
