Where's the tutorial on start menu animations?

I know I had one bookmarked that I used for One Tribe, and now I can't find. Steampunk wants to be animated, and I'm burning daylight here trying to search Google which is not being as helpful as it usually is!

Magic skills that I don't possess.
I figured it out. So far it looks good on my computer, but she's a weird old bitch just like me, so I'm not guaranteeing results for anyone else. I still have to create the please wait animation and the XP file animations, then on to Vista without the benefit of eye sight.
