I would like to say that I am interested in taking requests to make DX themes/widgets for your original graphics, or a windowblind or other skin you need a matching DX theme/widget for.
If you request a DX theme that needs a permission, I'll look into it.
If you request a DX theme based on your own graphics, I'll need those graphics, and your permission. In this case, I'll need advance permission to upload, because I don't want to spend a lot of time on a project and have it turned down. You can imagine, taking requests, how that could be a waste of a lot of time, so requests will need advance permissions. You'll have to trust me. I will, however, confer with you along the way to get your feelings and ideas, but inevitable upload will be necessary if I am to spend time on a project for free.
At my discretion, I may consider doing a personal theme, for only you, if it challenges me and if I feel I can be proud of it. In this case, upload permission will not be necessary. But, no uploading and taking credit for any theme I make for you.
No cartoon clippings, photos, etc. I am talking about actual graphics you made yourself. Original concepts will be considered without graphics if I feel that it is worthwhile.
In most cases, DX themes would be done in my usual style. Widgets alike. No copyrighted material used. Finished projects become my property.
Widgets confined to the basic, clock, media player, weather, meters, and stats.
That said, any seasoned vets here wanna tell me what i'm getting myself into? Is this a bad idea?

I'll be happy if you could make a matching DX theme/ widget for my next WB. I will contact you when the graphics are ready.

How about a "Medical Dx"?
Dx is our way of abbreviating 'Diagnosis'. Could have MRI's, CT's, organs...tastefully done...just an idea...
You could always call it "Doc's Dx" 
If you are asking for original graphics from me, you'll end up with different Dx...

M203, the only part of your request I could do is the weather, and that is already in my gallery. https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=1645&libid=34
I have no knowledge of network widgets, or any widget that would control your monitor, sorry.

Hey Jim what about taking over a theme I started but dont hav time to finish!Right now I an working about 70 hrs a week and have 4 WB,s 2 clocks and 2 cursor in progress!

The Think Geek guys already did that one, and let me tell you, "Brain-flavored mints" taste sort of like turkey, but even the dog won't eat them. (Obviously I'm not a zombie...yet).

I don't have any Graphics for this, and it's also not that important to me what it would look like, more important is correct functionality.
I'd like a Weather DX Widget and a Network DX Widget that shows the following several items (so I can get rid of Yahoo Widgets):
The Weather Widget should work the same and show the same as the Yahoo Weather Widget
(I believe there was an issue where Weather Widgets no longer worked due to no linkback to Weather.com,
well, I have no problem with having a linkback to Weather.com),
that is to say, chooseable location, current temperature (with chooseable °C or °F display ) 5-day forecast,
linkback to Weather.com for an extended forecast, and a tab that shows current conditions.
A nice bonus would be the Humidity displayed with the Temperature, I like to keep an eye on the Humidity as I suffer from Primary Hyperhidrosis.
The Network Widget should be able to show: In & Out speeds, External IP, ISP if possible, WLAN Siganl strength, Uptime AND longest uptime.
Also, to completely be able to delete Yahoo Widgets, I'd need a Widget that turns off the Monitor on a Laptop.
A double click would start a configurable time countdown, at the end of which the Monitor turns off.
Mouse, Touchpad or any Keyboard activity would then turn it back on.
I realise this IS a lot to ask, but I'd REALLY like to get rid of Yahoo Widgets,
and in order to do that, I'd need all three described Widgets.
So if it's not doable, null problemo, I'll just keep using Yahoo Widgets.
