Weird problem

Anyone have any idea whats causing this?? It just started today for absolutely no reason.

Anyone?? Also does anyone know how long Impulse is gonna be down for? I'm trying to buy a Gloss pack and I keep getting page not found error.

If you click on it, it gives you the option of disabling the Google toolbar in two different ways. It showed up on mine a few days ago. You can right-click on it and get other options as well.
