I am going to try this out right now, because of the dark UI alone.

I use XP and wonder if this release will improve on WB6 when used on XP?

I just tried out the dark UI. I like it, but can you change the white tab bar at the bottom to black with bright text? The white background is difficult to read. Question about the new UI: Will I be able to edit specific colours of a skin, still? In the old UI I could fine tune colours of a WB skin, such as the application background and foreground, or the menubar background/foreground (and dozens of others) to create my own substyle.

I couldn't get Impulse to update to beta2. So I uninstalled it and reinstalled WB7. And up comes the new interface along with the Corporate skin. Looks good so far. Is it me or is the user icon for the start panel misaligned? The panel skin appears it should be positioned in the center of the 2nd column but the user icon is located to the far right instead. Well, other than that, the new interface and Corporate skin looks amazing. I finally have something to change up the appearance of Windows 7 and this'll tie me over until more of the skins get updated for WB7 and Win7 styles.

Great work on this update I love the Corporate skin by danilloOC, I was just wishing for an updated version of iFlex and now we have this. Even better. Nice to see some changes to the wallpaper section, the colour filtering function is really nifty. It would be nice to see that expanded to include wallpaper packs and some sort of wallpaper changer too as with the Windows 7 themes.

Before I install this I was wondering if it now supports (or will it ever support) compact start panels??

Do you see the new interface button on the old interface?

The new UI is a real improvement. Now I'm really looking forward to skins optimized for Windows 7. In particular the Windows 7 Aero skin has a very cool feature where open windows are outlined when placing the mouse pointer over the Show Desktop bar. That feature is not supported by the WB skins I've tried so far.

I'll ask again. Does this now or will it ever support compact start panels??

@ RedBuzzard"compact start panel is not a WB feature or even a OS feature, its a skin based trick, so compact menus depend on the skinner to make it.

One observation is that compact start menus may work only for XP as Vista and Windows 7 no longer have icon on the right side of the start menu, the user picture fades in to the icon for the item you mouse over.

Deskscapes 3 should be coming soon.

Logon 7 is already out in beta form I think and I doubt you will see a Boot 7.

The outlines should continue to appear with WB running.

The UI is not fully complete yet.
No problem...I figured that to be the case...just dont want to lose any features.

Really like most of it so far...Corporate looks great.

I have a suggestion...when looking at the substyles you see an icon denoting which subs are default for each OS...it would be nice if we could set a flag in SKS that also labels which OS the other subs are for...so people could see at a glance which ones were for which OS.

This isnt a problem if a skin only has one sub per OS but I have 6 per OS on ecoLogical. (plus saved recolors)
