Another of my stupid questions

Titles

Hello, I read somewhere the description of the various titles we are give (i.e.:citizen, Apprentice, Supreme Commander, etc) and how they are given. But it didn't really say what the criteria was. I see people who have been here 5 years with multi-page galleries whom are still Citizens. I've also seen the oposite. People whom have been here foe less time with smaller galleries whom were given title of Apprentice. Now don't get me wrong, I' am not canvassing or anything like that, I was just curious. I suppose it's based more on quality than quantity, which, makes sense to me also. Am I right in assuming that? It's just that I've seen some beautiful collections and the person(s) were still at citizen level? I am a cerebral person who has this stupid obsession to learn! The amount of time here doesn't mean one gets promoted or doesn't get promoted just as the size of one gallery.  People upload tones of stuff all the time(flood the place) and most of it they didn't make.  Its what and how they contribute that makes the difference.  I'll let a stardock employee elaborate more if they want.

Sorry Barb, Oct.27,2007, RIP Joey.  He was 89 when he passed.
