Embedding Video

I have tried to no avail to embed a video here and can't seem to do it. Anyone wish to enlighten me, please?

see if this helps...Zubaz goes into some detail...
I've done it successfully a number of times...then gone to do the same thing and hasn't worked so....to me, it's an inexact science...but try the instructions above and see how you go....

in regards to your other post - if copying from else where
in firefox = view > page source
scroll down until you find it
copy the embed part
come here, click the 'html'
insert the embed code - don't forget the check the size = you may have to down size - the matrix one start at 873 wide - too big to fit in the forums and unlike a pic won't auto resize
