how to i apply a downloaded theme?

hi just wondering how do i apply a theme from wincustomize? i downloaded windowblinds.

unless by:

 

i downloaded windowblinds.

 

you mean you downloaded the program mentioned above

 

then you would download a skin from the windowblinds gallery and save it somewhere

if it downloaded as a .wba you can double click it and it will install into the program

if it downloaded as a .zip, unzip it and double click the .wba inside (zips usually contain other items besides a skin)
