RightClick Submenus persist on desktop
Wednesday, July 29, 2009 by spb33125 | Discussion: RightClick
Something new and odd just began happening with RightClick today. When RightClick loads all the submenus show up on the desktop, on top of all other applications and won't go away without doing a ctrl-alt-delete and closing each submenu (or just unloading RightClick). I'm running XP2 SE. I haven't changed any settings that I'm aware of. I normally have RightClick set to load at startup. Has anyone seen this before?

This is what I always called a RC brain fart. I have no idea why this happens. Its not often but I too have had a few wierd episodes similar to this since RC was first introduced. I can't say Ive had all the menus do this at one time...but I have had 1 or 2 of them behave this way. The only solution I have found was to open up my RC menu editor and totally delete the offending menus and redo them. Sorry I can't help with a quick fix but I have never found a cure for this...thank God it only happens to me once a year. Thats why I always save my entire RC folder on another drive then just replace the RC folder that has become borked or missing parts.
