i would have posted the same instructions except for the link.. CarGuy1 did it for me already. hope that would help.

You don't have to. If you're getting a message saying you need to buy it then you have installed the trial version, not the free one for Vista Ultimate. If this is the case, follow the directions in the following post to get the free one working.
